DELIVERY 

 After completing your order and payment confirmation on our side we try to dispatch your order within one working day,  Your product(s) Deliveries made by Royal mail or other delivery company, You will get your product(s) within 2 to 7 working days, We will provide you tracking information when it's applicable, We cannot send all your product(s) with track service or next day delivery, Delivery does not require signature, 

+Extra delivery charge for outside of UK mainland, European area and rest of world, International buyer must pay local import duties and custom duties and other charges. When goods arrive in destination country delivery  company contact you for charges. UK is out of the EU so additional duties and custom charges will be occur and customer must pay. Our prices are not included country local duties and custom charges.  We will send  you additional delivery cost after your purchase via email, 

+  if no one is available to collect the parcel at home (on your delivery address) courier will leave your parcel  next door or in a safe place or courier will leave the note for delivery,  

+ We do not send parcel to PO BOX 

+ When you purchase from our website please make sure your delivery address is correct, we only ship to PayPal address if you paid by PayPal, (please check & change your delivery address on PayPal) 

+ It is customer's responsibility to rearrange delivery with courier, Customer can redirect delivery to nearest parcel shop or item can be redirect to neighbour.

+If parcel return to us the customer has to pay additional delivery charge or we will give you part refund on your order to cover delivery cost.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

-We advice to our customer purchase small sample before you buy in product(s) in big pack to avoid any REFUND or EXCHANGE.

-When You (Buyer)  counter any issue with the product(s) you MUST contact us (SFS PERFUME) in seven days after receiving your order. After seven days We (SFS PERFUME) Do not accept any Return or Exchange.
-We don't supply any postage for any return or exchange.
-We hope that you are pleased with the products you received from us, but if you do need to return anything we offer the following options to you: (You must contact us within seven days after receiving your order.)

If your product is unwanted or you’ve changed your mind,

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused, undiluted and the return is made within 7 days (After Delivery). In this case, you can contact using the online contact us form, We are unable to process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. We don't supply any return postage for return service. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt and send out with tracking service when sending your item back to us. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, with original packaging, and are securely sent. Its customer's responsibility to send out item securely, We seller not responsible for Damage on Return item. 

We charge small amount from customer on  return for cove the cost of restocking, Inventrey, Credit / Debit card service charges and Postage. (Postage charge will be apply when customer order more products and keep small amount of item and return rest)  Please contact us for more info.

How Refunds are Paid

When the item is returned to Customer Services: Refunds will be paid onto the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.

When the item is returned to store: Refunds will only be paid with proof of purchase*. Refunds will be paid to the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. We may Charge processing fee on refund.

 

How Exchanges are Processed

When the item is returned to Customer Services: Where an exchange is required for an item different to the item originally ordered, we will refund the value of the returned items and you can then place a new order for the exchanged items. We can either do this on the telephone with you or you can place the new order on our website. Please note we will have to take your payment details again to process the exchange. You will not incur any additional delivery or gift wrap charges. The delivery and gift wrap option from your original order will apply for any exchange. Exchanges will only be processed once the item is received back. We don't provide any return label or we don't pay return charges, Customer pay return postage.

By registering, accepting and buying from SFS PERFUMES on following terms and condition confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice. 

 

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations. 

 

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned. 

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. SFS PERFUMES  reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. 

In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, SFS  PERFUMES  reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order. 

SFS PERFUMES  reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management. 

SFS  PERFUMES  reserves the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes, and restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another. 

Once an order has been placed, SFS  PERFUMES  are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched. 

If SFS  PERFUMES  is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. SFS PERFUMES  will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

Skin Safety: All sfs perfume products are designed and made for thE INDUSTRIAL USE AND APPAREL USE only.  Should any ingredients come into contact with your skin, wash with warm soapy water.  If any irritation or inflammation occurs, seek medical advice.  If any sfs perfume products come into contact with broken skin and a reaction occurs or persistent irritation or inflammation occurs, seek medical advice.

Eye safety: Avoid using any sfs perfume products near eyes as some perfume oils and spray  can cause eye irritation and can cause lasting damage if not washed.  In the event any sfs perfume product(s) comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with cold water for several minutes and seek medical advice if any irritation or inflammation occurs.

Essential Oils / Fragrance Oils / Perfume Oils – Phototoxicity

When skin comes into contact with certain citrus perfume products, particularly oils that contain furocoumarins (FCFs), (natural occurring chemicals found in perfume oils), and then exposed to ultraviolet light, phototoxicity (or photosensitisation) can happen.  Avoid getting sfs perfume products on the skin to avoid the risk of possible inflammation, blistering and reddening/burning of the skin.  In the event this happens, wash with warm soapy water.  If irritation continues, seek medical advice.

Spillages

In the event of a spillage, wipe the affected surface immediately to prevent the essential oil blends from causing damage.

 

Disposal

Sfs perfume products are designed to fully evaporate during use.  However, should the need arise to dispose of any perfume products, they should be disposed of safely and responsibly.   Check the product label and contact your local authority for information on how to safely dispose of essential oils that are labelled harmful to aquatic life as these cannot be disposed of in domestic waste.
